As Medical Director, Dr. Chen oversees the medical team and has been instrumental in bringing modern diagnostic tools — including in-house ultrasound and digital radiography — to the practice. Her approach to medicine is thorough but never rushed: she'd rather spend an extra five minutes explaining a lab result in plain English than leave a pet parent guessing.
