Each plan includes comprehensive wellness exams, core vaccinations, dental cleaning, bloodwork, fecal tests, nail trims, and discounts on additional services. The specific number and type of services vary by plan tier (Puppy/Kitten, Adult, or Senior). See the detailed comparison above for a full breakdown.
All wellness plans are a 12-month commitment. Your plan automatically renews at the end of each 12-month period unless you notify us at least 30 days before your renewal date.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, if you cancel before the 12-month term is complete, any services already used will be charged at their regular retail price. The difference between what you've paid in monthly installments and the retail value of services used will be billed or refunded accordingly.
Absolutely! Each pet gets their own individual plan tailored to their life stage. We offer a 10% multi-pet discount when you enroll two or more pets in wellness plans simultaneously.
Wellness plans cover preventive care services only. Emergency visits, sick visits, surgeries, and diagnostic work beyond the included annual bloodwork are not covered. However, plan members receive a 15% discount on all additional services not included in their plan.
We'll attempt to process your payment again within 5 business days. If the payment continues to fail, we'll reach out to update your payment information. After 30 days of non-payment, your plan benefits will be paused until the balance is resolved.
If your pet ages into a new life stage during their plan year, you can upgrade at your next renewal. Downgrades are not available mid-term, but you can adjust at renewal time.
No — wellness plans and pet insurance serve different purposes. Wellness plans cover routine preventive care (exams, vaccines, dental cleanings). Pet insurance covers unexpected illness and injury. We recommend having both for comprehensive coverage.
No enrollment fee! Your first monthly payment serves as your start date. You can begin using plan benefits immediately after enrollment.
Plan members save 10% (Puppy / Kitten plan) or 15% (Adult and Senior plans) on all services not included in their plan. This includes sick visits, additional diagnostics, surgeries, grooming, and more. You also get a free telehealth consultation each month.
