Please bring any previous medical records, a list of current medications and supplements, your pet's vaccination history, and a stool sample if possible. For cats, please bring a secure carrier. For dogs, a leash is required.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any remaining paperwork. If you've already filled out our online registration forms, 5-10 minutes early is perfect.

First visits usually last 45-60 minutes. This gives our veterinarians time to perform a thorough examination, review your pet's history, discuss any concerns, and create a personalized care plan.

Absolutely. We encourage pet parents to be present during examinations. As a Fear Free Certified practice, we believe your presence helps reduce your pet's anxiety and makes the experience better for everyone.

Our entire team is Fear Free Certified, meaning we're trained in low-stress handling techniques. We use calming pheromones, gentle restraint methods, and can discuss anti-anxiety medications for future visits if needed. Let us know about any behavioral concerns when you book.
