Yes, payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, CareCredit, and Scratchpay. For planned procedures, we provide detailed estimates in advance so there are no surprises.
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that offers special financing options, including 0% interest for 6 or 12 months on qualifying purchases. You can apply online in minutes and get an instant decision. If approved, you can use it immediately at our hospital.
Scratchpay offers simple, friendly payment plans for veterinary care. You can check your options with no impact to your credit score. Plans range from 0% APR for short-term financing to longer terms with competitive rates. Apply online or in our office.
We accept all major pet insurance providers. Since most pet insurance works on a reimbursement model, you'll pay at the time of service and then submit your claim to your insurance company. We provide detailed invoices and can help you file claims.
We never want finances to prevent your pet from receiving necessary care. In addition to CareCredit and Scratchpay, we can discuss treatment priorities and create a phased care plan. Our wellness plans also help spread preventive care costs over monthly payments.
Wellness plan memberships are a 12-month commitment. If you need to cancel early, any services already used will be charged at regular prices, and the difference (if any) will be refunded. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
